You will have access to reports that show you the courses taken by your members/customers, their time spent in the course, their last access time, and test results.  You can download reports in Excel™ format and view them in chart presentations.

Yes, we have contact forms, phone numbers and e-mail addresses on your LMS for your members/customers to get support for their issues.  Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
