When you register as a member, order our books or other materials, request information, or enroll in our online classes, we will use our registration screens and online forms to collect personally identifying information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, educational background, employment, educational goals and interests, and credit card information ("personal data"). We may also collect some or all of this personal data from you through our print enrollment forms. In addition, if you send us an e-mail or communicate with us offline, we may collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide us at that time.

A. For the purpose for which you specifically provided the personal data, for example to enroll you in one of our courses, to process your order for one of our books or other materials, or to respond
B. To send you surveys or questionnaires so that we can learn more about our customers' needs and interests;

NP Training is concerned with the security of your personal data. To keep that data secure, we restrict unauthorized access through protective policies, procedures, and technical measures. In addition, NP Training uses standard security protocols and mechanisms to transmit sensitive data such as credit card details.

Transfer, Cancellation and Refund policy:
If you are unable to attend or complete a NP Training Works course, or are unhappy for any reason, you may transfer the credit for your purchased course to a future course, or cancel without penalty at any time up to two (2) days prior to the start of your course. If you provide NP Training Works with less than a two (2) days notice, you will be liable for the entire course fee. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds must be received in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that was made. Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive course materials or may be subject to a cancellation fee for downloadable course materials.
