The San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research is in its sixth year of offering life science teachers from around the nation a professional development opportunity in conservation research. Design of the program and evaluation framework will be discussed, along with preliminary data and recommendations for zoos interested in initiating or expanding a PD program.

During this course we will talk about the various types of conflict which can occur in the workplace.
