There are three parts to the The Capital District YMCA New Employee Orientation Program
The New Employee Orientation process takes several steps and is in three parts:

Once registered you can click here to access Part I and Part II of the New Employee Orientation Course (Please Note: You cannot access Part II until you complete Part I).
An e-mail notification is being sent to your director of administration or branch payroll representative notifying them of your completion. Please contact your director of administration or branch payroll representative to receive instructions about registering for NEO Part III.
Your certificate of attendance for Parts I, II, and III will be presented to you at the conclusion of Part III.
